Albatross is a private, member-to-member golf network designed exclusively for private club members seeking access to other premier clubs through trusted connections.
When you make a request to play a private club, your request goes to all members of that club who are also Albatross Members.
Individuals who are current golf members in good-standing at a private golf club in the United States.
Additionally, some semi-private and resort members may be eligible provided their membership includes substantial perks such as preferred tee times, reduced greens fees, amenities or access to facilities not available to the general public. (Applications are reviewed on a case-by-case basis)
We currently offer three membership plans:
Founding Member. One of the first five members to join Albatross representing their local club. These members enjoy substantial perks. (Very limited space)
Full Member. The vast majority of our members are in this class.
Loyalty Member. A group of members that is sponsored by an organization. For example, a private club could purchase loyalty memberships for their members while their golf course is under renovation or may be open only on a seasonal basis.
A Founding Member is a free-for-life member who is one of the first 5 members of his or club to join Albatross.
Host once per year to maintain Founding Member status.
Yes. You can bring up to two(2) guests when you make the reservation request.
The requesting member must always be part of the hosted foursome.
Tee times can be requested 24-hours to 90-days in advance.
The recommended sweet spot is 7-10 days out to give hosts plenty of time review your request and make arrangements for your arrival.
No. Albatross operates independently and complements your existing membership by expanding your network beyond your home club.
Access is coordinated member-to-member and always respects the policies and culture of each participating club.
Direct member introductions and communications are facilitated using our mobile app available on the Google and iOS platforms.
Yes. Any applicable guest fees or club charges are determined by the host club, just as they would be for any invited guest.
Once your round is confirmed, the Albatross host member will provide you with specifics regarding guest fees, club attire and other pertinent information.
The ability to create an offer to host Albatross members during certain dates is a feature we'll launch in the future.
Albatross is designed to connect members both locally and nationally, expanding access wherever business or leisure takes you.
Albatross is not a traditional reciprocal program. Access is facilitated through direct member introductions within our trusted network.
No. Albatross complements your home club membership and expands your playing opportunities beyond it.
Albatross is exclusively for verified private club members and is built on relationships—not public tee times or pay-to-play access.
Yes. We intentionally limit membership by club and geography to preserve exclusivity and maintain meaningful connections.
Applicants must be active private club members and are reviewed to ensure alignment with the standards and culture of the network.
Additionally, Albatross uses a robust community rating system for both requesting and host members.
Yes-That's the plan. Based on geographical regions we will host both local and national events.
We will also offer golf destination travel with fellow members. Stayed tuned for more announcements.
Usage is guided by etiquette and availability, ensuring the experience remains premium and mutually beneficial for all members.
